Chrissy and I are proud to announce the arrival of our son, Jonah Alexander Williams.

Born at Calvary Hospital on the 1st December 2009 at 7.19am, 6lb 1oz, pregnancy and labour were fairly kind to Chrissy (easy for me to say that!).

All three of us are doing well and Chrissy has taken to Motherhood like she's done it before.

Jonah is putting on weight and doing all the right things, we had our first smile on Christmas Eve (not wind) and Millie, the cat, has been very patient although her usual demands for patting are beginning to increase again.
