Illustrator: Elise Hurst |
Elise Hurst (nee Fowler) is a full-time artist, living and working in Princes Hill, Victoria. Her main work at present is as an illustrator. Elise grew up watching her mother (prominent Melbourne artist Jacqueline Fowler) and many of her relations painting in a variety of styles. Elise says this gave her a head start and she was already painting pastel landscapes while at school. She has won many awards for her artwork. Her previous Lothian books were A Dream of Bunyips Dancing and The Elephants’ Big Day Out, which was shortlisted for the 2003 Crichton Award. |
AVAILABILITY REPORTS |
Individual title availability is updated three times a week, so reports are normally accurate. From time to time however, we can have multiple orders come in between website updates so availability reports for a short period of time may be inaccurate, which means a title listed as "In Stock" may need to go to backorder.
